Plain versions of the usual things.
What you are buying
A personal licence to use Hangly Hearts on the computers you use, on both macOS and Windows. One purchase, no subscription, no seat counting. If you need it across an organisation, get in touch and we will work something out.
Refunds
Within 30 days, for any reason, including simply not liking it. Email us; there is no form. Purchases through the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store are refunded by the store, because we have no way to do it ourselves.
Updates
New charms and fixes are free. If there is ever a paid upgrade it will be a new major version you can ignore, and the one you bought will keep working.
What we do not promise
It is a charm on your screen. It is offered as it is, with no warranty, and our liability is limited to what you paid. On Windows, nothing can reliably float above a game running in exclusive fullscreen, and that is a limit of the platform rather than something we can fix.
The traditions
The charms draw on traditions from many places. The stories are written for this app and the art is original. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any of those traditions, and if something here is wrong or disrespectful we would genuinely like to be told.
